I'm booked in, do I need a ticket to enter?

Nope. Nice and easy. Once you’re booked in you’re confirmed on the system and we will have an entry pass with your name on it ready and waiting when you arrive. If you’re a bit OCD (like me!) then feel free to bring a copy of your paid invoice or confirmation email but it will all be OK on the day don’t worry 🙂

Is there a dress code?

Wear what makes you comfortable.You will be meeting other business people and the event will be filmed and photographed so you may wish to go for a smart casual look but suited and booted is not necessary unless that’s what you want to wear. One thing worth considering is the Head Shot Booth – if you wish to take advantage of the fantastic opportunity to get a professional image taken for your own use on the day then you may wish to wear something on your top half that represents you/your business best. If you wish to have more than one image taken then you might like to consider bringing an extra piece of jewellery or another top so you get a nice range of styles in your photos and make the absolute most of it.

What's the head shot booth all about?

I’m a passionate advocate of having professional images taken for your business. I believe that every business person should have at least one good quality image of themselves and I am really pleased to be able to give you this opportunity at the snip of what you would have to pay anywhere else. Simply pop over to the booth area when you arrive and book a slot with Julia and Paul Holland (or get a snap taken straight away if it’s available). It’s just ÂŁ10 to have a photo taken and you will be emailed a high resolution, professionally edited image a few days after the event.

VIPs your head shot is included in your ticket fee so simply flash your pass when you go there to get your photo as Julia will have a list of your names. You will also be able to post for photos with the speakers during the lunch break in the VIP room.

Where is everyone staying?

Many people will be staying at the Novotel hotel, which is just a few minutes away from the venue. Some are staying at local Air BnBs or other hotels. Others are travelling down for the day. There are some conversations in the Facebook group for attendees regarding travel arrangements. For those wishing to join in, we will be organising a get together in the hotel on the Thursday and Friday nights to continue the fun 🙂

What's the food situation?

Teas, coffee and biscuits will be served 8am-9am and at lunchtime and is available to all ticket holders.

Silver Ticket Holders – there is no lunch included for the silver ticket holders but have no fear, there is a plethora of places to eat within metres of the entrance. A speedy nip across the road to Costa and then back in to continue networking. If you take a look on Google Maps you’ll see a range of places to choose from – all very close to the venue. Don’t worry, we scoped this out when we visited and you won’t go hungry. If you would like to upgrade to a Gold ticket then please email sophie@brandkitchen.co.uk

Gold Ticket Holders – you have a Gold are in the main hub of the venue, you will be able to enjoy a delicious buffet whilst networking and taking a look around the handful of stands we have on display.

VIP Ticket Holders – you have a dedicated room where there will be a hot buffet lunch laid on for you and the speakers. A photographer will be on hand to snap any pictures you would like during the lunch break. You can of course go and network within the main room too if you wish – your pass gets you access to the VIP room at all times.

I hear there is a meal organised in before and after the event?

There is indeed. I am staying at the Novotel Hotel both the Thursday and Friday evenings and have booked a table for people to join us for a meal/drink. If you wish to be added to this table then please contact the hotel direct (Novotel Tower Bridge), with the reference ‘Springboard’. I’m not sure how many people they can fit in the restaurant, the Thurdsay night is looking most popular at the moment with over 14 of us attending, but they will be able to tell you when you call. This is a very informal meal. You simply pay for what you order and stay as long as you wish.

I haven't received any confirmation emails?

Please check your spam folder for emails as you should receive one when you booked your ticket and also the day before the event confirming all the details for the day. If you still haven’t received any emails please get in touch.

The event is being photographed and filmed

Yes, we will have a team on site all day photographing and videoing the event in its entirety. By attending the event you are accepting that the footage and photographs taken on the day will be used in future promotions and parts of which may be sold at any time after the event. If you have any issues or concerns please speak to one of the team or Sophie Jewry directly and make it known in writing on or before the day. You can contact us here:
